Girls Junior Varsity Soccer, Girls Varsity Soccer · Girls Soccer heads to the State Championship


Your 4A East Region Champion girls soccer team defeated Eleanor Roosevelt 4-0 in Saturday’s state semi-final to advance to next week’s state championship game. The girls will face off against Urbana on Saturday, 11/18 at 5:00pm at the Ridley Athletic Complex.

Bruination needs to come out strong on Saturday night. Check back soon for information about tickets and transportation.

The Broadneck Cheerleaders finished their season with a 6th place showing at the State Championship meet. After coming in 8th at the Region meet, the girls moved up two spots with a really great performance. Congratulations to Coach George and the team on a great season!

The Broadneck Cross Country teams finished off the 2017 season with a great day at Hereford High School, the site of Saturday’s 4A State Championship races.

The girls team started off the day with a 5th place finish in their race, led by top-25 finishes by Olivia and Anna Janke.

Multiple Teams · XC, Cheer and Girls Soccer headed to States!


This Saturday will be chock full of #BruinPride as the Broadneck XC, Cheer and Girls Soccer teams compete in their State meets/game.

Cross Country will kick off the day at Hereford High School in the 4A State Championship races. The girls will race at 10:00a and the boys will race at 11:00a.

The Cheerleading team heads back to Harford Community College for their State Championship, also beginning at 11:00a.

Girls Soccer will round out the day with their State Semi-Final at Wise High School. The girls play Roosevelt at 5:00p.

Boys Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · Bruins overcome injuries to advance to States


Arundel High School’s brutal cross country course, known as “The Chase,” threw everything but the kitchen sink at the 4A East Region Cross Country runners yesterday. The Broadneck boys and girls teams both overcame injuries to one of their top runners to advance to the State meet next week at Hereford High School.

The girls team got another outstanding performance from Olivia and Anna Janke to finish in 3rd place.
